Doing the Jungle Oats One Hour Challenge

Jungle 1Hour Challenge

In my ongoing quest to take in as many crazy activities and to make a difference, tonight at Maponya Mall in Soweto, I will be taking on the Jungle Oats One Hour Challenge. Let me quickly tell you about the One Hour Project. This project was to encourage South Africans to find an hour in their day to do something special. This year will be no different; you can either take part in the project for the first time or challenge yourself again to use your extra hour you get from eating a Jungle product for a different project.

So what is going down tonight is a a virtual cycle challenge. Jungle has turned the side of the building into a virtual bike track and participants will get to race against each other up the side of it. Along the way there will be obstacles and dangers but there will be loads of great prizes up for grabs when crossing the finish line. Some of the prizes up for grabs at the event include cell phones, shopping vouchers and promotional items. This is an event not to be missed. The crowd will be entertained by Jozi FM and everybody can stand a chance of winning a great prize either by cycling or by supporting as a spectator.

As part of the launch, Jungle Oats is hosting a celebrity and media challenge at the event and Jabu will be representing All Things Jabu there!  Celebrities will be able to compete against each other to win R30 000 cash which the winner can donate to a charity of their choice. Media will win R5 000 cash plus R5 000 worth of product, to give to a charity of their choice. Activities will start at 19:00 and spectators can come earlier to ensure the best view in the house. Bring your family and friends and experience this virtual spectacular first hand.
